Simply get the list of products you are selling from your SS2 Control Panel - Manage Products, and add them them to your cart.

As a guide i.e the default install prices of each product:
4 Site Product List
Flip That Site $27
eBay The Easy Way $27
Info Marketing Mogul $27
Peel Away Ads $47

8 Site Product List
(includes the 4 above)
Corner Stay Ads $37
Subconscious Selling $27
Adsense 101 $27
Red Tag Riches $27

You can set the price to whatever you want, but you will need to edit the product pages in SS2 to reflect the price.

This video also shows you how to create your upsell product as well. Once again, you can select whatever product you wish as an upsell product.
