Solution No.
For PeelAwayAds to work you have to be able to insert a line of javascript code into the page you want it to show up on.
Blogger and other sites block this, so it can't be done.

I was able to use this script in Blogger.
The only 2 things I had to change are html tag to be like this:
<script src='http://here is your own hosting/peel.js'/>

and to call images from my own hosting in pell.js:
i.e. smallimg[0]= 'http://my own hosting/images/cover.swf';

However, it doesn't work in all browsers. IE is fine
